Kay is a BTEC Level 5 qualified Soft Tissue Therapist and Member of the ISRM (Institute for Soft and Remedial Massage). She also holds qualifications in pregnancy massage and remedial hot stone massage.
She works with people from all walks of life and many of her clients are keen amateur athletes but she also treats those suffering from work related and postural issues and stress.
Kay is also trained in Kinesiology taping and is RocDoc Level 1&2 certified by Rocktape UK.
She is also trained in Medical Acupuncture, Myofascial Cupping, Ultrasound therapy and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage with RockBlades.
Kay is a competitive powerlifter and understands the demands of training and sport on the body.
